This is possibly one of the coolest products out there. It's a completely adaptable Smoke Generator that burns only bradley bisquettes! Rig this puppy up to virtually any grill or metal container and you've just created a brand new smoker. Great for creating your own smoke house. You might consider attaching it to a separate heat source if you want to get more heat to your meat (retrofit it to an old grill). If you like tinkering around with metal and building things, this product is perfect for you.

Sometimes requires cleaning. You'll have to take it apart and reassemble it from time to time to keep it working properly so this product isn't for everyone. Overall a great value, it even comes with a blue print to build a smoker!
