Brisket Rub Recipe


* 1/2 cup paprika
* 1/3 cup brown sugar
* 3 tablespoons garlic powder
* 3 tablespoons onion powder
* 2 tablespoons oregano

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Rub vigorously into the raw beef brisket. Laugh heartily like a viking. Smoke for 12+ hours or at least until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
