Cookshack SmartSmoker SM260
If you have a need to smoke meat for a restaurant (or an army) you can't go wrong with the cookshack SM260. Capacity is 240 lbs. pork butts, 200 lbs. brisket, 100 lbs. ribs, or 40 chickens. This smoker will cold or hot smoke food. Heat is supplied by two thermostatically-controlled 1500 watt heating element. Temperature range is from 125° to 300°F.Smoke is created as wood smolders in its electrically heated wood box. Smoke-cooking a load of meat in a SM260 smoker requires of wood.
