Rib Rub Recipe

* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup paprika
* 1/8 cup brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon black pepper
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon cayenne
* 1 teaspoon ginger

Mix ingredients together. Rub vigorously onto ribs that have been patted dry. Coil ribs into a loose roll (don't force them though) and wrap ribs tight in plastic wrap. Place in a glass cooking dish and refrigerate over night.

Smoke for at least 14 hours in 225 degree heat. Use Hickory wood chunks to enhance the flavor.
