Pork Rub



Pork is also a fantastic meat to smoke with many options. You’ve got ribs, shoulders, tenderloin, chops, the list goes on and on. This rub will work with any pork cut your heart desires.

Ingredients:

* 1/3 cup paprika
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 3 tablespoons black pepper
* 2 tablespoons salt
* 2 teaspoons dry mustard
* 2 teaspoons cayenne
* 1 teaspoon white pepper


Preparation:
Mix all ingredients. Work 1/2 half mixture into meat 12-24 hours before cooking. Apply remaining rub before smoking. Makes enough for about 5 to 6 pounds of meat. Cook until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
